We use a reliable courier service to deliver your goods to your door. It normally takes four to seven working days from the time of your order to delivery at your preferred delivery address.
Our delivery rates are:
UK Mainland - On order values over £50 Free, otherwise the delivery charge is £6.00 (excluding VAT).
For Ireland delivery is £15.00.
Northern Ireland - A flat delivery charge of £10.00 excluding VAT on all orders.
Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly - A flat delivery charge of £15.00 excluding VAT on all orders.
Scottish Highlands and Islands - A flat delivery charge of £10.00 excluding VAT on all orders.
Channel Islands delivery is £15.00
Under some circumstances we will use the Royal Mail to deliver small items to you and this is normally by First Class post.
We will tell you by email when your order has left us so you can plan your time around your delivery.

Our returns policy is as follows:
You should thoroughly check your goods on receipt of order. If they are damaged in any way please telephone us immediately on 01623 871758 to arrange for replacements.
You may return your goods for a full refund upto 7 working days after receiving the goods. However, your postage costs will not be refunded and you must return the goods at your cost.
